How do I know what size to order?
Our sizing follows standard US measurements. Each product page includes detailed sizing charts – we recommend comparing your measurements to these charts for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a looser fit or down for a more fitted look.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Hurley ship?
We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Currently, we’re unable to ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Processing takes 1-2 business days with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders $50+. Processing takes 1-2 business days with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard Shipping includes full tracking through DHL or FedEx, while Free Shipping includes basic tracking through EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
