- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Free returns for US customers (international return shipping at customer’s expense)
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original tags must be attached and items unworn
How to Return Your Hurley Gear
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Include all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Swimwear (Boardshorts, Swim category) with removed hygiene liners
- Hats & Accessories with signs of wear
- Any item without its original packaging
Step 3: Ship Your Return
US Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for standard shipping.
International Customers: You’ll need to arrange return shipping at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is processed. Due to inventory limitations, we can’t hold items for exchanges.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process in 3-5 business days (additional 2-5 days for your bank to post)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Duties/Taxes: Not refundable through Hurley – contact your local customs office
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our customers, these items can’t be returned unless defective:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners (Boardshorts, Swim category)
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- Personalized/custom items from our Logo Shop
