Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas) using trusted carriers to get your gear to you fast.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

International Customers: Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely stoked with your gear? No worries – our returns process is designed to be as easy as catching the perfect wave.

Return Policy Basics:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for US customers (international customers cover return shipping)
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original tags must be attached and items unworn

How to Return Your Hurley Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include product name(s), size(s), quantity, reason for return, original payment method, and return shipping address

Step 2: Package Your Items

Include all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Swimwear (Boardshorts, Swim category) with removed hygiene liners
  • Hats & Accessories with signs of wear
  • Any item without its original packaging

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • US Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label
  • International Customers: Arrange return shipping with a trackable service

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Simply follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is processed. Due to inventory limitations, we can’t hold items for exchanges.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process in 3-5 business days (plus 2-5 days for your bank to post)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International Duties/Taxes: Not refundable through Hurley – contact your local customs office

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, these items can’t be returned unless defective:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners (Boardshorts, Swim category)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Personalized/custom items from our Logo Shop
